02:35 PM CST (20:35 GMT) / Basecamp is slowly coming back on line. We're working as fast as we can to restore full service.
02:23 PM CST (20:23 GMT) / We're aware of a problem currently affecting Basecamp. We're on it and hope to have it fixed shortly.
10:12 AM CST (16:12 GMT) / Highrise had another incident. We're working triple fast on getting much bigger database server up and running to handle the extra load. Again, sorry!
09:04 AM CST (15:04 GMT) / Highrise was down for approximately 6 minutes beginning at 8:57AM CST. We apologize for the inconvenience and are working on fixing the root cause.
